Makaroni "po-flotski"

Ingredients:

Macaroni-1 part (300-500 g)

Forcemeat – 1 part (300-500g)

Bulb ½-1 piece.

Vegetable oil – 3-5 spoons

Salt to taste


Preparation

Take time waters in 2-3 more, than macaroni to salt a water. In water also cook macaroni, constantly stirring slowly. Time of cooking of 10 min.

Right there  spread forcemeat on the heated frying pan and  fry stirring slowly.

To ready forcemeat we add the cut onions, salt and  continue roasting to readiness of onions.

Meanwhile macaroni at us cooked.  Merge excess water.  P ut one-two spoons of vegetable oil in macaroni and  stir.  At last forcemeat at us was roasted.

Spread macaroni on a frying pan, stir and  warm up some more minutes.
